Terms of use
Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms cover the Riftdoku game and this website, provided by Martín Freire, based in Spain. By playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Playing the game
You may install and play Riftdoku for your own personal, non-commercial use. The game, its puzzles, art, music and text belong to the developer or are used under licence. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute them, or reverse-engineer the game beyond what the law allows.
Purchases
Purchases are made through Google Play and are also governed by Google Play's terms, including its refund policy. Items you buy (such as Remove ads, hints or energy) unlock features inside the game, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. This does not affect your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
Ads
The free game shows ads served by Google AdMob, as described in the privacy policy.
Changes to the game
The game will keep changing: puzzles, features and balance may be added, adjusted or removed in updates. If the game is ever withdrawn, I will try to give reasonable notice.
Liability
The game is provided as it is. I work to keep it free of bugs but cannot promise it always will be. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect losses or for lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
